Auntheticator confusion?

so the new authenticator change to require for it to enter the forums does not make sense. blizzard has had increase of reports of hacked accounts that have authenticators put on them. they had a system in place to have the authenticator removed via forum post, as well as helpful people handing out the billing and support phone number to lost players.

with the requirement for an authenticator. newbie hacked players will be unable to get the help they need on the forums, the moral support from some of the helpful players. they will find them selves completely lost with no one to talk to about their problem. how will the natural order of forums function?
