Battle.net Au Mobile Authenticator help!

My ipod froze up and i did a restore like an idiot, now my account is locked with a dead authenticator. How do i go about fixing or getting this off without the code? i cannot log onto WoW to open a ticket so any help would be awesome.

They will try to confirm your identity on the phone. If possible, this is fairly fast.

If not possible, they may require some documentation.

If you have your original CD key, that can be helpful - as can the serial number of the authenticator.

It's normally not terribly difficult for a legitimate account holder to prove their identity. The original CD key will be helpful, yes.
