Outstanding GM Zettersaki

I reported an alliance player last night that cheated by jumping the AB gate.

I opened a ticket and thought i would get the usual response, the "thank you we will look into it" one....

But no this GM gave me a response that felt accurate, let me know a few things, made me feel better about opening a ticket and i truly felt i had been taken seriously and dealt with by a person not a scripted response.

Can you pass on my thanks to GM Zettersaki.

He has been the best gm i have come across, if more were like him i would report happier in the future.

Not sure if im allowed to paste his response here but Blizz if you going to give someone a pay rise pick this guy.
