Which is appreciated, Attain, but petitions are addressed primarily in the order they have been received. As stated Game Masters are not realm specific.

Your first petition will be looked into as soon as possible though it would have been best to simply right click on the players chat line and selecting "Report Spam".

For your second petition. Did you take the person off ignore, log out and back in? The mail should automatically return to the sender once you place them on ignore but that should prevent additional mail from being ignored.

We aren't any happier with the queue then you are, Attain, unfortunately not liking something doesn't make it magically disappear. We continue to hire and train additional staff as well as look for ways to reduce response times.

Unfortunately, we now help with more then we ever have, this has added a bit of time to responses not to mention the addition of returning and new players.

It is important to point out as well that while waiting, especially in queue, time plays tricks. Your first petition has been in queue for 2 days 11 hours, almost exactly.
