Toon granted a restore!..but yet not here? :(

i was recently granted a toon restore after deleting my bank alt thinking it was a diffrent toon, was a bad move on my part and a little stupid, so i asked for a toon restore, sure enough 5 days later i get a ticket answer and a GM syaing my toon would be returned to me. ( it had already been reveiwed ) after logging off my character to log on to my bank toon to finally get some gold to repair my armor...hes not there. :( is there any way leet panda or any other awsome GM could look into this for me and let me know if i possibly misread somthing? the "ticket answer" said it used up one of my restore points so i want to make sure if there is a delay or somthing i need to do on my part. ( its been about 4 hours since i saw my ticket was answerd )

I don't see 'a lot of money' on his as your petition states, but this does seem to be the character your were asking about.
