Faction Change Mail Error....HELP BLIZZ

I need blizzard assistance!!!! I am having the faction change error message due to mail being en route or in my mailbox. I am thinking it is some spam caught by the hidden filter blizzard put in, can a blue poster purge my mail on Vexer (deathwing alliance)? Thank you
