Paid Transaction Problem!

Hello,

Yesterday, this character underwent a paid server transfer AND faction transfer. I was surprised to find that after it was successfully completed, and my new name was chosen, I was still unable to log in because I was flagged for a name change. I am reading in blue posts that this is because I did not log in between paid transactions. I apologize sincerely that I did not know this was necessary, but I would very much like to keep this name. I know it is available because I spent quite a while picking it out.

If you could please remove the flag so that I may log in under this name.
