I don’t see the option to do this through the Blizzard Store, Syltrian. If you are trying to gift StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty to a friend, though, you can buy a retail version of the game, and provide them with the Authentication Key. Alternatively, you can have your friend log into their Battle.net account on the Blizzard Store, and use your credit card to pay for the game; I would just recommend not selecting the “save this payment method for later” option.
