Paid Name Change Issue

Well, it's been 5 days since I bought my priests name change, there's clearly been an issue and kept it from coming through in-game as I haven't been able to log onto it although the name has updated on the armoury.
The message I'm getting when I try to log in is 'You cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete.'
Haven't been able to contact Billing yet, could anyone possibly shed any light on whether this will fix itself or if I definitely need to get hold of Billing for them to sort out?

I don’t see that the payment was applied, please cancel the name change and try again here:

Please let me know if that works.

If you don't see that as an option from Account Management, yes - Billing should be able to assist with this.
