Severe harassment, now to death threats...

Ok, I need some immediate assistance, I have a GM ticket in, this is one of several i have placed for this issue, however now I just recieved a whisper with the city that i live in and a death threat and I am freaking out big time....I don't know how else to report this and it is going way too far. Every time that I ignore one of this guy/guilds members/characters, they go on other characters and make new characters to keep it up. I don't know if i should post his info here or what. I am about to escalate this beyond blizzard if nothing is done, this is far beyond reasonable.

This looks like it's being looked into, but in the case of a real life threat that you consider legitimate, we shouldn't be your main contact - you should be contacting your local authorities.
