Account Frozen

This morning I found that my son's account had been compromised. We took all the steps to get it back and did get the access to it again.

He has been playing on the account all day. He just now tried to log in and found that the account has been frozen. Any reason as to why the account would be frozen after access to the account had been given back to him?

Frozen?

Frozen usually means there is no current payment type and the time has expired.

If he was compromised, we may have removed any recurrent information - that's pretty standard procedure.
I'd check payment information in Account Management to see if his time is just up.
