I was just posting messages in trade chat advertising my new guild and i wasnt even spamming it or anything, i only posted the message like once ever 3 minutes and it says my chat has been temporarily suspended pending a GM review...It's been like 2 hours and im getting bored.

I think you are mistaking the difference between intelligence and something you simply do not wish to hear, Dëicidë. If you do not care to have others comment on your concerns, please do not opt to post your issue on the public forums; an in-game petition would probably suit you better. As for your character’s inability to speak in public channels: I would suggest slightly cutting back on the guild recruitment message, it is a bit much and, as you are seeing firsthand, has been deemed as spam by your own realmmates.
