Submitted a ticket, no confirmation?

Everytime i email [email protected] i get a "donotreply" saying they've received my email. I've emailed blizzard support twice, with no confirmation email....Is there a problem or something ? :o

I see the six e-mails you sent in, Gredival, I'm not sure what the issue is. You are wondering why you are not receiving a "mail received" e-mail when e-mailing [email protected]?

Most likely because that is not considered a public contact point like [email protected] is. Wowcharhelp is a special address that you are asked to e-mail in certain conditions.

Your case will be processed as quickly as possible. Queue times are averaging around 2-3 days so you will likely receive the results of your investigation after that.
