I'm not sure if this is an issue that effects other servers Wintergrasp battles but at least on mine there is a group of people that attempt (usually successfully) to gain raid leader by clicking yes first on the accept window or asking a player to promote them. Generally what this group of people does after getting raid leader / assist, is spam ready checks, share low level quests, and kick anyone who complains about it in general or raid chat during the battle.
Franky this has made Wintergrasp unbearable and I don't want to do it anymore, Is there anything I can do to remedy this situation other than attempt to get raid leader and kick anyone who does this, or leave the group and start another raid? It is also difficult to open a ticket when it is effectively a whole guild who does it and is hard to pinpoint one or two people.
