Think i got scammed sc2 problem

ok so all my local stores are out of SC2 well i checked ebay and such and there was a buy it now for 65.00 i thougt that would be fine because i would be paying the full price and i payed for 2 day shipping well the guy emailed me a code for the game and its a trile key so it seems and he said all i payed for was what i got and nothing is going to be shipped is there anything blizzard could do about this? i dont have a working CCard atm or i would have gotten it from the site i just have paypal

I'm afraid that this is not something we are able to assist with, Sgx. You may want to cancel the payment by contacting eBay and PayPal to let them know that the item you purchased was not delivered as promised.

Sadly, you cannot. We are unable to accept PayPal for Blizzard Store purchases at this time.
