Actually, I would say that the possibility of resolving an error of ones own making would be fantastic service. 3 days to receive assistance for such matters otherwise indicates that we receive a great many requests for assistance and take time to get to each and every request. We understand that the wait time is an inconvenience, Vosgrim, we like it less than you do and we are working to reduce queue times as best as we can.

Unfortunately the only alternative would be to no grant such requests and we would prefer to continue to help our players to the best of our ability. Though we can not guarantee such restorations, if you reported it soon after the error, which I believe you did, we will likely be able to help. :)

I don't believe you receive a cd key, Vosgrim, I could be wrong since everything is a bit new, but as far as I know SCII is simply added to your Battle.net account. I can see it on this account right now. Have you logged into your Battle.net account management screen since the purchase?

You should only need the key in order to add SCII to your account, by purchasing it electronically that has already been done. :) You should be fine.
