Unable to Upgrade online

Well right now I'm currently trying to download the Burning Crusade online, and its not working. I've tried two different credit/debit cards (one of which i bought play time online with before) and neither of them seem to work. All the information I put in is correct, but it never works. And whenever i try to call in, I either can't connect or get disconnected after waiting 30 seconds. Any ideas why?

Depending on the error is can indicate that the provided payment method is incompatible in some way with the selected online purchasing system (in this case, a digital upgrade). This doesn't mean that the payment method is invalid or in poor standing. Rather, it's just a sign that something isn't syncing up with the online transaction.

In these situations, it's sometimes best to first ensure that the account's billing information is up to date. If everything looks solid, then you're welcome to contact our Billing & Account Services department by phone (like you're in the process of doing).
