Unfortunately it appears that some of the automated responses sent from our system (i.e. password resets, authentication confirmations, etc...) are not making it through to some players if they are using @hotmail or @live.

We have inquired with the provider in order to have this issue address. So far though the issue seems to persist and we await further update.

Some players have been successful for a time after they have added @blizzard.com and @battle.net to their safe senders list.
