BOA transfer to other faction on same account

I'm not of aware of any changed to the mailing system, Kodiemo, you should be able to send Bind on Account items to another faction on you same realm.

What character are you attempting to send the items from? Are you certain you are spelling the character name correctly? All of the items are Bind on Account and you aren't including anything else such as gold?

Thank you, Kodiemo, if everything seems fine otherwise it may be an issue with your User Interface and perhaps an old cache file. I'd follow Keriam advice and while logged out of the game with the client shut down go to your Worldofwarcraft folder and delete the Cache folder. Then reboot.
