Still unable to buy Starcraft 2

I've been waiting to do so since 10 AM PDT.

I got to the front of the queue, tried to buy it.

'Error processing your request." No details of it or anything.

Been trying for 3 hours. The same error message every time.

Not only with this purchase has this happened but also with others, even reactivating my account with WoW it happened several times before finally working. My Card is fine, I have used it to buy other things, but this type of thing ALWAYS happens with the faulty blizzard store.

Unfortunately I tried calling support and was put on an hour long wait, and I have to leave for work very soon.

Internet processing of charges can be a fickle thing sometimes, and there can be many factors coming into play.

I wish I could be of more assistance, but that really is under the authority of our Billing department.

Getting in touch with them for assistance really is the best course of action here.
