Phone support submitted GM Ticket

yes just recovered my account from being hacked and the guy on the phone said he would submit a GM ticket on my behalf for recovery of anything lost....was just wondering IF and HOW i will be contatced about this. I wanted to transfer realems and didnt know if this would affect it.

Indeed, you do have an investigation open, it's only about 2 hours old right now.

While it wouldn't be impossible to do a reclamation if you transferred....please don't until this is resolved. It is SO much less complicated if there aren't transfers done before this can be sorted out.

Your Specialist will email you with the results once this is completed. At the moment, those are running on average about 4 - 5 days.
