<unnecessary editorial removed>Tuesday when the servers came back up i hopped on and got into a 25m pug for icc. everything fine and dandy, the ML states the loot rules as MS over OS, MS is what you are in the raid. Fine with me works out well i'm ready to roll... eventually Nibelung drops. I roll on it and win it fair and square. Then out of no where a healer rolls on it and is given the staff! NIBELUNG A DPS STAFF GIVEN TO A HEALER! the ML then does NOTHING to try and fix this what i thought at first a mistake, starts to ignore my ingame messages. Now everything about this pisses me off royally... so i submit a ticket thinking i will hear back from them in 1-3 days as usual with blizzard I understand it takes time. 5 and a half days later my ticket is FINALLY answered telling me nothing can be done unless the ML or the person he ninja'd the loot to submits a ticket?! What the heck?! since when is a ninja or someone who got the loot gonna be like "oh haha im submitting this ticket to blizz to show them i didnt win the staff but robbed it from some dumb chump!" it is not going to happen! where the hell is the justice? and do you have any idea what kind of damage this is doing to a very faithful customer of a very long time? your about ready to lose me as a customer. yes over 1 staff. why? because it was handled VERY POORLY! do i think its gonna influence your decision as to what happened? no. do i care? no. clearly im very upset about the whole ordeal as i have given you guys more then your own fair share of honest business over the years yet you cant keep the honesty and show justice? this is garbage, can someone point out a small shade of justice or light saying i am in the wrong at all?(outside of this angry letter)

Firstly, there is no such thing as 'ninja' in WoW.

There may be scams, but no one can loot if the mechanics don't allow permission. To 'ninja' is to steal, you can't do that.

Secondly, Master Looter gives explicit permission to that person to do as they wish with loot. Now, if there ARE specific agreements made, that may be a 'scam'.

Lastly, Master Loot really isn't ideal for pugs. It's best to not use that loottype with people you are unfamiliar with.

If loot has been awarded in anything but a scam, the person in possession of the loot is the one that needs to submit the petition for a swap.
