Yes, you may, Tastic. However, we are also able to take what actions that we deem appropriate when suspicious behavior is exhibited on an account.

I am sorry that your daughter was negatively affected and the inconvenience that it may cause you both. I do hope she can understand that though some security measures appear to be an inconvenience in many cases it is better to be safe then sorry. Our hope is to prevent the compromise of the account and the loss of items, gold, etc. . . .

Were instructions sent on how to recover the account? Was it locked, suspended or closed? I'm not certain what I'll be able to do, Tastic, but if you provide me with the name and realm of a character on that account I'll take a look.

Suspicious activity can also mean : moving through time and space in a way not consistent with current level of science and technology. Honestly, I have no information on why the account may have been locked because I haven't been able to look at it, but I certainly understand your frustration.

i got it fixed....had to have her change her PW....usually I run her through BC stuff with my 80s or I just run two copies of wow here and multi box it.
