Is Blizzard ever avaliable ?

I've tried calling for the last couple of days at all hours, and EVERY single time I get they're busy and can't take your call. It's really unbelievable.

How am I supposed to resolve an account issue?

Our phone queue frequently fills up, Aztrez. As spots within queue open up, the first person to call in will fill that spot in the queue. When the queue is full, you will be played a message which states that all of our representatives are busy and that you should call back at a later time. When you hear this message, I suggest hanging up the phone and the pressing redial immediately. Repeat these steps until you are able to enter our phone queue.
