Hacked - ticket in, not even looked at yet

I woke up yesterday and my email had a message saying it had been accessed from china, and sure enough found my main character didn't have any of her money and her inventory had been pretty much cleared out. I edited an unimportant ticket I put in the night before that hadn't been looked at rather than abandoning it and putting in a new one - after i got access back to my account and changed my b-net email. now it's been almost 24 hours since i edited it (and 36 since i put in the initial ticket) , and it is still sitting at "We are experiencing a high number of petitions.) Even a minor offensive name report i did a couple weeks ago was escellated in less than 24 hours, was wondering why this one was taking so long. I'd kind of like my ret gear back for my raid on tuesday :(
