Subscription Pending Problem

Hi, I just used my debit card to pay for a 1 month subscription for my WoW account, and the transaction goes through, but my account it still frozen and it still says i need to pay for game time. The payment doesn't show up on my history either. Could someone help please? This is my friend's account by the way. Thanks!

Unfortunately, I'm not able to answer most Billing questions - I simply do not have access to those records.

It's not terribly unusual for there to be a little lag time between submission and receiving payment back from a bank or credit card company. I'd give it a few hours. If it doesn't resolve by morning - you may wish to contact one of our Billing Representatives..
