Well I am certainly sorry to hear of your circumstances, Koptan. I do hope you get better soon.

As to an account with an action, once they've gotten to that point, the only recourse is to correspond with Account Administration.

I'd recommend sending what you've posted and edited out to them and let them review this for you.
