Swamplord,
Right-click on your desktop and choose 'properties'. Go to the 'Settings' Tab and write down the screen resolution. Now click 'Advanced' and choose the 'Monitor' tab. Write down the current refresh rate listed here.
Now follow the steps below:
1. Open the World of Warcraft folder on your hard drive.
2. Open the WTF folder.
3. Open the Config.wtf file using a text editor, such as WordPad.
Locate the lines:
SET gxResolution "800x600"
SET gxRefresh "60"
And enter the resolution and refresh rates into these lines. Now save the file and try launching the game again.
