Looking for justice need help

I need to speak with someone other than a GM about a problem I had with a loot situation, He told me there is nothing he can do because of the nature of the infraction, if so I have but only one action that I can do with both of my accounts, Can you direct me to someone that I can speak with, or if you don't care about the accounts then just tell me.

I'm sorry you are displeased with this decision, but you were correctly informed that we will not force a player to give up a piece of loot assigned by a master looter. Barring any type of collusion or scam, at that point - that is that player's piece of loot and it is up to them to decide to give it up....or not give it up.
