Black war bear*Item not found *? Help please.

Ok today i did for the alliance and recived my black war bear through in game mail. The bear is in my bag and i try to learn to rife him but every time i do it says "Item not found " im not sure what to do , i have a ticket up since yesterday and no response, i have logged in and out , / reload ui everything and it will not seem to work , Any advice as to what to do?
