Ordered a Game Card from Blizz Store

I gifted a 30day game card to a friend, but when he tries and put the code in, it says. this game c ode is already in use, please call or email [email protected].

when i try and call, it says i have to call back another time due to the hold que being long.

any CMs here can help me out? cause emails take forever and a day.
