Never Recieving Parental Controls Email

Dear Blizzard,
I have never recieved the supposedly sent emails from you guys regarding parental controls. I have tried the forums, emailing, and calling you, but nothing happens, you dont respond, or your phone queue is always full which makes everything not work for me. I haven't been able to change the parental controls settings since you decided to switch to battle.net for everything, and I miss the old setup. Please let me control my settings, or revert the PCs back to the way things were, that actually worked.

Thanks, Earth.

If you are checking the correct e-mail it is possible that your provider is filtering them for spam or they are ending up in the junk folder.

Make sure you add @blizzard.com and @battle.net to your safe list.

I show that we responded to an e-mail sent from this address asking you to reply within 72 hours with the requested information, this was on the 5th of July and I'm afraid I do not see a response to that e-mail.

We understand that this is an inconvenience, Earthea, proper verification of your identity is needed before we can remove or adjust Parental Controls. Nor do any of your other e-mails indicate that you have seen these correspondences.

The following form should prove useful in order to change account information.

I hope that helps.
