Did they use the invitation that you sent them and upgraded the Recruit a Friend trial accounts, Tireana?
I see only one Recruit a Friend invitation that was redeemed on this account but it doesn't look like it was ever upgraded to a standard account.
If this is regarding another account I could look into it for you. If you can give me the name and realm of a character on the recruiting (Veteran) account and the name and realm of a character on the recruited account. In certain cases we are able to apply the Recruit a Friend link retroactively but it usually must be reported soon after the error is made.
Our Billing and Account Services department would be the best ones to speak to regarding that.
