What happened to customer service?

I am highly disappointed with BLizz at the moment. for three days I have been calling the 1--800 number and either getting a busy signal, or a recording telling me that they are too busy to take my call. I send an email and it goes unanswered. BLIZZ [inappropriate acronym removed] ? You used to be recognized for the World Class
Customer Service, now, pffffft, as long as BLIZZ gets our 15 dollars a month and service goes down the toilet????

OK my rant over, now to my issue at hand. On the 20th I ordered 2 authenticators, and a wind rider cub stuffed pet for my daughter's 8th birthday. a check on the 23rd, it stated items shipped. Tuesday 26th I get the authenticators, but still no wind rider cub. Ordered it in plenty of time according to the pro-ported delivery time of 2-3 business days/ and here it is Friday the 30th, my daughter's bday party Sunday, and no Wind Rider Cub Stuffed pet for her. Yes not a big deal to many, but what is insignificant to me could be very relevant to someone else. So my point, WHERE IS MY DAUGHTER'S WIND RIDER CUB?????? It says shipped, but I have no tracking number, no carrier information, no date shipped, no ETA. So a lil help here with some good old Customer Service BLIZZ!

Let me first apologize for the frustration this matter has caused you, Shimino, our intention is to address our customers as quickly and as accurately as possible though as you have noticed our Billing and Account Services department has been rather inundated with calls lately.

We are working on improving response times, hire and train new employees as well as make other changes in order to help bring down those queues.

Now you should have received a tracking number that would have allowed you to track the package with Fed-ex. I will e-mail that number to you, though at this point it is not likely to help immediately. It appears that Fed-ex was unable to deliver to your address so the package was returned.

Nothing seems out of the ordinary so I am not entirely certain what issues they had in delivery. You may want to contact them directly and see what the issue may have been, if it can be resolved we should be able to resend the package.

We can also provide a refund for the purchase. It should happen eventually as the return is processed but you can make that direct request by contacting our Billing department directly.
