Cant faction change because of my mailbox?

Hey im pretty new and i tried to faction change and its not letting me because of my mail? but i waited an hr and no mail came in and i cleared my mail box.Can someone please help me i was really looking foward to changing.Thanks

Assuming this is the character, Papoose, you should be set. Looks like you had some old spam mail stuck in your in-box.
