Things can't get resolved here, so keep a ticket open.

BUT all the smarties can tell you if it's possible to get the item back or not.

I am sorry, Mud, but regardless of what deals you and another player may have made if you were using the Dungeon Finder system the rules in place were Need before Greed. Anyone who qualified for the item that dropped would have been able to roll Need on it, regardless of if they could use it, wanted to sell it, or just wanted to hold it in their inventory and admire it.

I understand that it was not necessarily a nice move by the Hunter but it was within their right to do so. We will not be able to become involved in such disputes.

Now the language is something that we would look into and take appropriate actions on if verified. If you decide to report it make sure you include the name and the realm of the character in the report.

Q u o t e:
I did not say the word he said, nor does my screenshot show it. It is edited out.

Our policies cover both clear and masked language, Mud. The word is implied and therefore not appropriate.

Q u o t e:
Why don't you all mind your own business, i'm tryin to get some help here. If ur not helping..... kthx bye

Everyone is welcome to post as long as they are mindful of the Code of Conduct. The posts thus far have been to educate you on what we allow here, preventing your thread from being deleted, and giving you advice on the situation you listed.

Q u o t e:

I didn't read anywhere that said i couldn't say another player's character name. All I saw was that you can't make posts containing personal information about other players. Physical/email addresses, phone numbers, and inappropriate photos and/or videos.

That would fall under the defamatory section of our policies, Mud. Calling someone a ninjalooter can negatively impact a person's reputation. That is why it would not be permitted because you don't need to substantiate such claims, you simply need to make them.
Q u o t e:

oh, i'm sorry. i thought this said "customer service". I'm a customer, and i'm looking for service. kthx bye

Customer Service is not defined as "whatever issue you have an employee must resolve to your satisfaction". Customer Service in this case is best described by providing assistance, advice and direction when a customer has an issue.

This forum has a very specific mission, which you can read about here.

What your post indicated was that you felt that the current system was not sufficient and you wanted changes made to it. That would be a suggestion, and something that is best directed to our Developers. They will be able to review what feedback you provided there and consider your request.

Now... as for the others in this thread. You have provided your advice, including what is or is not against our Code of Conduct... if the OP does not heed your advice and is obviously resistant to it, what benefit is there in continuing the argument? At that point please just take a step back, you have done what you can.
