Why even bother with GM service?

Q u o t e:
Just posting hoping for a blue response. Had a mark off Saurfang drop and won with a 100 roll. Was unable to loot the item supposedly and the raid leader said to submit a ticket and fix it. Well they went and redeemed the mark and got the loots.
Along comes Mr GM who tells me that rolling for loot isnt good enough for loot rules. He cant tell me whats going on, if I need to do something or he does. Comes down to I need to bug the raid leader until he goes insane and becomes willing to trade his set piece gear so I can get it instead. (gl to that) Ask what would happen to raid leaders gear if he gave back the mark and GM doesnt really know then goes to close his ticket. I tell him I am not feeling my issue is resolved and specifically ask if he is going to close the ticket so I can get a hold of a GM and ask what will happen to the other players gear if I magically convince them to go along with giving me my gear back.
No you can just click further assistance after Im done and it wont close the ticket all the way out and you can get help. If you say so. And no more ticket. AMAZING. Guy criticizes customers tells them junk info and runs. This is the third time on my server Ive had to request to have raid gear given to its proper person with no solution. Nice to know next time I host a raid I will ninja everything then wait for all the feeble characters to beg me for their gear that they deserve while Blizzard just tells them to beg me as well.

There is no such thing as ninjaing in WoW. Master Looter is just that, the Master of Loot. It was never meant for PuGs and shouldn't be used for them. If there were no loot rules given at the beginning of the raid then there was no scam either. The GM gave you the correct advise. The mark was never yours, it belongs to whomever looted it.

Unless the person that received it petitions, OR it's deemed a scam, there is nothing that can be done in this case I'm afraid.

Given that they actually used the token, I suspect a petition won't be forthcoming :)
