Recruit-A-Friend issues

I recently linked a friends account to mine although it shows up on the account page that we are linked, we are not receiving any of the benefits of it. His character is Rogerd on the Dragonblight server.

It seems that your friend received your Recruit-a-Friend invitation, created an account using the Recruit-a-Friend key, and then created an altogether new account. Accordingly, the Recruit-a-Friend account was never upgraded. I encourage you to have your friend contact our Billing department during normal business hours so that they may help link the accounts together.
