Account Compromised - Please Help

Well....Here goes.......Everything was fine and I was playing WoW so I went on WoW.Curse and downloaded some addons because I was getting bored of my UI. PvPing as normal when I notice my mouse starts moving a tiny bit but I just assumed it was because my laser mouse was sitting on the couch and not anything else. So next morning I wake up to some Antivir Pro which I could tell was a fake Antivirus which stopped taskmanger, regedit access to the internet ect. So I finally gain access to my computer I am able to get rid of the thing with a proper Antivirus but I decide in the end to just reformat my computer ( Reason Im Telling You this is because if you had similar problems then maybe I can Work out how I got it)

First thing I do is gain access to my E-Mail then to my Battle.Net account which I find has been suspended and has a charachter created on Mal`ganis Jaejawfae a lvl 1 rogue which was logged in about 50 feet in the air of Stormwind - So he was a gold spammer. So this trojan obviously targeted my WoW account because my email and other game accounts were not touched that leads me to believe that I must have gained the threat the night before - When I had decided to install Addons.

I have recently sumbitted a ingame ticket - I did not include a list of gear because I figured that would be in the database - Am I supposed to include gear? And if I decide to level a new charachter while I wait for the GM`s to process my ticket will that get rolled back? Have you had any account compromises with any of those addons?
