3 Hour Suspension and Chat Suspension

My account got a three hour suspension today around 3pm EST for scamming on the trade channels, but I hadn't been playing since around 7am EST. Also when I logged on after the suspension, I found that my chat privledges were suspended pending investigation or what not by a game master. I don't even know why it was suspended minus the email for scamming, but I didn't do anything of the sorts that I'm aware of. My chat has been down for 4 hours now. Help?

Velysong, I looked into the chat you were apparently sending out and it does appear that you were likely compromised at the time.

I highly recommend that you check your system to make sure you do not have any malicious programs or keyloggers present. Advice on how to do this can be found in the following links.

You should also check your characters to make sure that nothing is missing. If you are missing any items/gold submit an in-game petition to have the loss looked into.
