I just wanted to say thank you to GM Lyeielde. I was not online when he/she responded to my ticket but the response I got was welcomed.

I appreciate you taking the time you did to help me and I also appreciate the friendly, approachable manner in which you responded. I didn't feel like I was getting a message that was...I suppose robotic. It felt sincere.
