Cannot log into b.net with authenticator.

Hello,

Posting from my RaF account because I can not log in with my main account. I hope this is ok.

The issue that I am having, I noticed last night at about 11pm (EST), when I tried to log into account management to process a faction change. When attempting to log in, once I put in my authenticator number ( I have the keychain version ), I repeatedly get a " Login failed " message.

In a process of elimination, I tried from my roomate's computer, and had the same issue. My roomate then logged into his account management ( He also plays WoW, and has the keychain version of the authenticator ) with no problems. He did so on his, and my computer, as we wanted to see if mine wasn't just being funny. It seems like the problem is just with my authenticator.

I'd also like to note that I can log into the game client with my authenticator just fine, and have no issues with that. ( Whew. :) )

I have e-mailed billing, and am waiting on a response. I was just curious if this has happened to anyone else, or if it as known problem. If not, i'm assuming it's just a random gremlin.

Any feedback is appreciated. :)

You might try this again. I've only seen one other report of this nature recently and that did appear to be a sync'ing issue.

We've re-sync'd this as best we can from here - at the moment. See if that helped.

If it didn't, a call to Billing may be in order.
