Huge problem

Finally got my warrior pushed to horde. Now he is missing the last 3 months of work i've put into him. My dbw, shadows edge, and everything else is missing. What can be done with this? Blizzard is doing nothing right at all.

I have faith it will be. I spoke with the person who has contacted Skarsgard in game, he should be able to help get this straightened out. Skarsgard, please let me know if you have any other issues after this.
