Faction Change Issue

This is my whole problem. Since thursday approximately 11pm EST, I have been trying to faction change my warrior from ALLIANCE to HORDE. At some point during the transfer, it told me it was complete, and I later found out it wasn't. What appeared to have happened was It Kept my original warrior and make a duplicate on the same realm etc with the first 4 letters and numbers/letters. Like an ID. Well I couldn't get it to work so after 2 hours of sitting on a phone i got a hold of customer service. He told me he couldnt fix it because systems were down, he called me right back and said he got it working fixed the problem and reset the transfer so i could do it again with no problems. I went to do it again and it wasnt working so i wait another 2 hours and called again. Spoke to a 2nd person and they told me the reason this time it wasnt working was because of payment. I found this very hard to believe because in the 3 years ive been playing this game using the same credit card, never had an issue. Well I call American Express and they tell me its a hold up on BLIZZARDS end. So here I am 13 hours later and still nothing can't even play my warrior. Blizzard is essentially giving me the run-around.


Please get me where I need to be. 2 days of this is getting old and repetitive. I've been playing this game since vanilla and due to this crap of me wanting to PAY you my money I feel like canceling 4 of my active accounts.

I truly understand your frustration, but I'm afraid that this is not something we are able to assist with on the Customer Service forum, Skarsgard. I can provide you with a few troubleshooting steps* which may or may not help resolve this issue, but I cannot provide direct assistance as I do not have access to the necessary tools or resources. I'm afraid that you may simply need to continue to discuss this with our Billing department.

*If you haven't already done so, you may want to try clearing your browser's cache, cookies, and temporary Internet files. Additionally, you may want to verify that the address linked to your Battle.net and credit card are up-to-date and matching.
