FYI: Blizzcon 10 Virtual Ticket billing issue

I know not directly related to WoW CSF, but figured I'd post this separately instead of burying it in the OT thread.

I just tried purchasing the Blizzcon Virtual Ticket. Purchase went through, but I got no email and the 'order history' doesn't show anything. Contacted support. Got this response:

It seems as though there might be a problem with the billing process as you're not the first to complain. We will try and resolve this issue in the meantime don't try to purchase it again as the last thing we want is for you to be charged twice. Lets give it a day or two if nothing comes up return to the live chat for further enquiry.

This is the first I've heard of this, thank you, Kantankerus.

Hopefully that will be cleared up soon then. If the purchase didn't go through they are probably trying to avoid multiple pending charges.
