Restoration of Deleted character years ago?

Posting on that account certainly helps, Tahar, thank you. It allows me to give you a bit more information then I would otherwise.

From what I can see an investigation into the possible unauthorized transfer of characters has already occurred, back at the beginning of 2008. According to the notes it doesn't appear that we were able to verify that the transfer was malicious.

I can give you some information on the characters though. It looks like the Hunter was transferred to Andorhal, it is under the name Yuho at the moment and was deleted.

Your Shaman was sent to Mal'Ganis and eventually Destromath, it is currently under the name Happeneva, and is deleted.

Though no restoration is ever guaranteed we may be able to simply restore the characters. I must mention though that there aren't a great deal of items on the characters. If we are able to restore them you will need to do a bit of work to gear up again.

I'm not certain what response you are referring to, Taqar, the only e-mail that I show being sent to your registered address since 2008 is the one that was sent not too long ago that says that your account has been forwarded to a specialist for further analysis.

Essentially letting you know that your compromise will be looked into. Though given the time frame involved it will likely not return any positive results.

A standard restoration request would be best at this point.

Aye, it looks like they were at least transferred, but the transfers stayed on the account, which is a good thing. It means that you'll still have access to the characters and if you so desire can transfer them to the realm of your choice if we are able to restore them.

They have items but not what I would call exceptional gear.
