Account Closed?..

I recently received a Blizzard email regarding a dispute about my recent account closure, saying that evidence was produced indicating that one or more characters had been using an unauthorized "hack" program.

I had no known knowledge that a "hack" program, was being used in conjunction with my account.

I've been quite distraught upon hearing this, and am now unsure of what to do as my last email has yet to be replied to. I have spent well over $400 on this account and to be banned for something that I am strongly against and oblivious to has come to me as quite a hit.

Any help would be much appreciated,
Thanks

If you've emailed Account Administration from the registered email address, I'd give it just a few days to hear back.

Fair enough.
Is it true that if they say that something won't be reversed that it actually won't, or can exceptions be made?

If an error was made, anything is reversible - but that will require a review and investigation into the account.

And if they do conduct an investigation and believe you are directly responsible for any 'illegal' actions on the account and refuse to reverse it, is that it?
Is that their final decision, and any further emails regarding the dispute be ignored?
Or will they continue to try and help you out?

If you appeal and it's reviewed and upheld you CAN still appeal, but unless something was overlooked in the original appeal review, it's not likely to be terribly productive.
