Hacked. Want "human" support

I recently got hacked. My characters are Ohaiyimyang (stripped) Yangxia (stripped) and Zspoons (deleted). I was directed by battle.net to send emails to one email, which got an auto-reply telling me that my issue needs to be emailed to here, that also got an auto-reply telling me to email to [email protected]. I think it would be nice to have someone "human" to reply to something like this, like they do sometimes with open tickets. I tried opening tickets in the game buy it seems the hacker will log on to my character and abandon them because when I log on again the tickets are gone without a response or pending status. I have changed my password multiple times now, and have opened 3 tickets so far, all ending up with the same result. I have never given my information to anyone so I don't know how they got my email, or password. Is there any way to actually get a hold of blizzard staff so that I know that this issue is being looked into and it's not the hacker making me believe it is, by posing as blizzard? Please help me out. Thanks all.

You do have an investigation open, but it will be a few days before you hear from your Specialist, Ohai.

This is only 21 hours old at the moment and the current restoration queue is running roughly 4 - 5 days on average at present.

What's important now is to find out how they managed to get your password and ID. Unless that source is found, the chances are VERY high this will happen again.

You need to make certain of your system and email's security.

This sticky may be useful.

As to petitions, I'm only seeing this one open on 7/22. Another that is very recent was opened less than an hour ago, but that was a duplicate since you already have an investigation open.

Any system that you've logged into game, these forums - or Account Management could be at risk and should be checked.

And yes, an authenticator should keep them out of your WoW account, but you really do need to make sure your system and email are secure. These thieves don't stop at just WoW accounts if anything valuable is within their reach - like banking or credit card information.
