Account restored, ban not lifted

Four days ago, my account was hacked. The hacker engaged in gold trading which subsequently resulted in my account being permanently banned. I contacted Account Services by phone that day and was told that in four days, my ban would be lifted and my items would be restored.

Today I've received an e-mail for each character that has been restored. I'm very appreciative for the restorations, but two hours later, my account ban still hasn't been lifted. My main character on the account is Continuity from Echo Isles. Any suggestions?
