Friend made an RaF account and put CD in wron

as topic reads my friend made a RaF account and as we were putting in the cdkey we put it normally and not to the trial account. seeing if i can get this fixed tried calling for the past 3 days phone queue was full. help please

It can almost certainly be resolved, Moohahaha, unfortunately in order to help you will need to get in touch with our Billing and Account Services. Once you do though they should be able to retroactively apply the Recruit a Friend link.

It is important to note that our phone queues aren't continually full, as calls are answered room in the queue is created. It can take a bit of luck but we recommend that if you get the busy message, immediately hang up and try again.
